First it is a Consultation to discuss your aims, lifestyle and assess your fitness – with no commitments. You should feel comfortable working with your trainer and we’ll agree a realistic programme.
We can train indoors and outside, varying activities to keep you motivated as well as enjoying your sessions! Our portable Training Kit includes Stability Ball, Floor Mats, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Resistance Cords, Heart Rate Monitor, Blood Pressure Monitor, Fat Callipers, Boxing Pads and Gloves, Step, Scales, Skipping Ropes and Stability Discs – so you can have a fantastic home-based workout.
We also work in a fully equipped modern gym and health suite. To workout with us here, you will need to have gym membership and your Personal Training is charged separately. If you haven’t exercised for years, don’t worry – we’ll soon get you moving! |
